We strive to source high quality products and also try to provide accurate descriptions along with accurate visual representation of the product, but even then some products may not turn out the way you had pictured in your mind.

You have to kindly let us know about the return within 2 days from the time of delivery. The delivery man will pick up the item(s) back from your location. The item(s) should be handed back to the delivery man in its original packaging.

Returns in exchange for store credit 

The price of the products (minus the return fee) will be refunded back to you in the form of store credit which you can later use to purchase from us. 

Returns in exchange for other products

The price of the the new products and the return fees will be adjusted with the products you would like to be returned. If there is any refundable amount (for eg. the new products you want are cheaper than the products you would like to return), the refundable amount will be refunded in the form of store credit.

– ৳120 within Dhaka Suburbs (Gazipur, Savar, Naryanganj and Keraniganj)  

– ৳150 outside Dhaka
